After thoroughly cleaning the gasket surface, it was time to clean all the bolt holes and threads. A little shot of solvent and compressed air makes the job quick and easy. You can use a clean bolt and run it in and out of each bolt hole to insure a thorough job. It will go quickly and provide a clean mating surface for the bolts during reinstallation. 11-11-09.
